Occupational Health and Safety

Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) was an important topic and key area of focus for the safety team on the Rozelle Interchange Project. Booklets were developed to inform workers of exposure impacts to key OHS areas, and the controls in place employees were expected to abide by in order to minimise their risk of exposure creating a healthy workforce.

Respirable Crystalline Silica (RCS) in particular was subject to new legislation and updates in regards to RCS work safety exposure standards while the job was underway, and we developed a campaign to inform our workers of their new responsibilities surrounding this.

All documents were also digitised and hosted on a website for ease of access alongside other resources from leading industry professionals outside the project.
