R U OK? Day is a key date in construction, particularly because of the high rates of suicide associated with those working in the industry. As part of my role working for John Holland, I have developed a number of videos which build upon the framework offered by the R U OK? Foundation and focus on what mental health support is available on the Projects.

Key roles I was responsible for when creating these videos included:

• Storyboarding content in collaboration with wellbeing committees on site
• Directing videographer around site as per storyboard concept
• Filming of scenes for videos (self directed)
• Editing final film (including audio mixing), for sharing with workers and cutting together a shorter social media edit
• Creation of graphical assets such as still screen, intros, outros, etc.
• Sharing of content through a wider mental health campaign for the month
