Rozelle Careers

With a high demand for engineers due to the COVID construction boom, the Rozelle Interchange Project needed to find a solution to attract additional staff to the project. In order to solve this problem, I was given ownership over developing a recruitment website, focusing on the legacy of the project and what it would give back to the community.

To deliver on the technical execution of the website we hired Remy Design, and I build a strong working relationship with them as I managed the project scope. To kick of the relationship, I provided a brief for the interactive vision of the website, including detailed examples taken other interactively designed sites and how we wanted to incorporate them to tell our own story. Additionally, I provided them with an overall site map to showcase the narrative we wanted to promote to increase our project’s brand awareness and create a compelling call to action for engineers looking to find a new job.

Additionally, I developed relevant copy, imagery, videos and designed collateral, ensuring the content remained consistent with the existing branded collateral available for the project.
