It’s a fact that women are under represented in the construction industry. To solve this problem the M7-M12 Integration project developed a profile booklet aimed at highschoolers to help them get an understanding of the broad range of careers that are available in construction.

This booklet highlights some of the amazing women working in the construction industry, and the different roles they take on which all contribute towards the successful delivery of the job.

In designing this booklet, I updated the answers given to me by our stars in order to recontextualise the information for someone who has little to no prior knowledge about the industry, so that it can be easily understood in order to create informed decisions about their future careers.
